New Masonic Walkingstick!

I have done the preliminary burns on a new Masonic walking stick. There are so many wonderful options when trying to decide what to put on a walking stick for a Freemason, but I have decided to make one specific to Scottish Rite Masonry first.

My hope is to develop several prototypes for folks to see!

For example, I'd like to have the following example sticks ready by January 1, 2012.

1. Scottish Rite Walking stick
2. York Rite Walking stick
3. Scottish Rite/York Rite combined
4. Freemason Walking stick

Each of these sticks would contain the dates and places where an individual was entered, passed, and raised; as well as further information relative to the particular path - Scottish or York Rite or both.

For example, the a Scottish Rite walking stick would also contain the degree's and titles for the 4-32 degrees, as well as a quote.

A York Rite walking stick would also contain the degree's and titles for the titles and degree work from its work.

For those who have done York and Scottish Rite, your walking stick would contain all of that information regarding titles and degrees, plus your entered, passed, and raised information.

I hope these will truly be heirloom quality, Masonic walking sticks that your families will proudly pass down from generation to generation when you enter "that house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens."
